Simon Cowell trolled after appearing unrecognizable in video
Just months after declaring he was done with Botox, former "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell's unfamiliar appearance in a Twitter video alarmed viewers.
The video was later removed when trolls mocked his appearance and several of them compared him to a "Madame Tussauds waxwork."
The most noticeable aspect of the video was the Brit's look, which many Twitter critics attributed to some form of cosmetic operation due to her particularly shining face
“Um, can we talk about Simon Cowell for a moment?” said one concerned fan
“Madame Tussauds unveiled their new waxwork of Simon Cowell,” quipped another.
One Twitter wit sniped, “Simon Cowell’s face looks like if George Michael’s corpse was playable character in Goldeneye.”
“Simon Cowell’s the son of Herman Munster,” joked one commenter alongside a photo comparing Cowell with the Frankenstein-esque “Munsters” character.
Only a few social media watchdogs appeared to be concerned that something more serious could be at play here
